Pan Mee

Today I learnt how to make pan mee from a friend's mother who is 82 years old.

Pan Mee is made of flour, egg, water, oil, salt, knead until smooth. leave aside for more than an hour to rest and expand.

It requires a skill to knead the dough, something like playing tai chi. Special technic is required to pinch the dough into small pieces .
Pinch the dough into small thin pieces, cook them over a pot boiling water. take out and serve with soup with pucuk manis vegetable and topped with minced meat /mushroom gravy. Garnish with fried shallot and fried ikan bilis. Delicious....

Making soup is also another secret recipe. Aunty Louise is very generous and shares all her secrets with me. She is 82 years old and Praise the Lord, very healthy. Strong hands to knead a kilo of flour. Strong legs to stand by the stove.

Praise the Lord for this special aunty. Generous spirit . I believe the Lord called us to be a blessing to others. She is doing that. She is a blessing to me and my friend, Kam Yoke.
We went home with tiffin carrier filled with pan mee and soups as well as the secret recipe!

Besides learning to make pan mee, aunty also serenades mandarin and hokkien worship songs to us while cooking. such a joyous spirit. No wonder she is so healthy and still enjoying her life.

I must also not forget my dear friend , Grace Tan for buying all the ingredients and guiding us to her home at Sungai Siput. I pray for the Lord's favour and protection to be upon them always.

We ended the day with partaking of holy communion and prayer.

Love you both. We are highly favoured, greatly blessed and deeply loved.

seed-faith

Recently i learnt about sowing/tithing as seed-faith and also to name my seed so that the devil cannot steal my harvest.

Jesus is the source of all things. He wants to be the first in our live and our giving. My giving is the seed-faith. We must not only give but choose a soil that is fertile. the Gospel of Jesus Christ is a fertile land. The Ministry of Grace is a fertile soil. when we give, God will use it to help others and we must expect a miracle as an answer to our needs. These are the teachings that I have never heard preachers preached before. When I learned them from Dr oral Roberts and Jesse Duplantis , wow! like an eye opener.

So I decided to put my faith in it. without faith , it is impossible to please God. As a rewarder, i know God will bless and answer my prayers and supply all my needs.

In March 2010, i sowed and name my seeds such as increment, bonus for myself and hubby; and college fees for my son. Guess what ? Abba answered all of them. I received good increments, good bonuses and the amount i received is enough for his college fees . What an awesome God! He is our El-shaddai, God of more than enough.

The Good wife / House

i love to watch the good wife shown over Astro Channel 702 .
Alicia portrayed a strong and firm mother, wife and lawyer.

Another show that i enjoyed watching is Dr House. He is so sarcastic and "naughty". In real life, I don't think I want him as my boss.

double tracked eletric train

Going to be transferred to KL soon due to centralisation of works. It is inevitable.
Got to go . unable to quit, need the money for my children tuition fees at varsity.

Was very happy when the government announced that the country's KTM will be upgraded and be "like a bullet train" unfortunately the process was so slow... what bullet train? more like slow coach.!
It was supposed to launch in March 2010, then postponed to April and then ...what?

Looks like I have to leave my hubby alone behind in Ipoh while I work in Kl.
is it the work of Satan, breaking up families? It reminded me of the towel of Babel, where everyone globalised in Babylon... Are we indirectly following their footsteps ......? By the way, Babylon in Hebrews means confusions.

Wish we can get the train fast and be on scheduled. When compared with China, we are no where near them. Malaysia Boleh???. That country indeed has the fastest train track.

Hope Transport Minster can expediate the train service. At least I can be with my hubby more often and continues to carry out my duties as a good wife.

Thinking of God's grace

I just want to share that God's grace is not cheap but it costed God dearly to give up His son,Jesus as our sacrifice and be our punishment for all our sins. If only we can understand the heart of God, we would not easily labelled grace as cheap grace.

I joined a ladies' group, ladies of Grace Fellowship which teaches about the love of God, the power of the gospel, the finished work of Christ. In year 2003 I came across the message of grace preached my Pastor Joseph Prince of New Creation church, Singapore. The revelation of God's words have set me free from erroneousness teaching. Since then, i have experienced God's grace- unmerited favourof God in my life. i have tasted the dew of heaven and fatness of earth. I feel no condenmation .I have been sharing this love of Jesus and the grace/unmerited favour of God with my close friends and so many of them have been set free from condemnation and bondages.

Of course, we have been experiencing prosecution from our church leaders who keep reminding us that we are sinners and need to work for our salvation. I wonder how many times we need to put Jesus on the cross!! Ridiculous. Jesus Christ is God and He is powerful. how can they doubt the effect of his finished works. ?

I look to Jesus as my source of all things and He will provide all my needs. That is my God and I believe Him for my health, wealth , my shalom and my righteousness. I love Him because He loves me.
